       Accomate Co., Ltd. respects the privacy of data subjects and has therefore established policies and procedures for collecting, using, and disclosing your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019). This Privacy Policy informs you about how your personal data will be handled, what personal data the company will collect, how it will be used, how your personal data will be stored and transferred, your rights regarding your personal data, and channels for contacting the company, submitting complaints, and providing feedback.     Accomate Co., Ltd. will collect your personal data, which may be general personal data or sensitive personal data, in document or electronic format. The company may receive your personal data directly from you or from third parties. The company will collect, use, and/or disclose your personal data only as necessary for the legitimate purposes and scope.

    Accomate Co., Ltd. will collect, use, and/or disclose your personal information only when necessary or there is a legal basis for collecting, using, and/or disclosing your personal information to achieve the following purposes:
    • Compliance with the contract you have with the company. The company needs to collect, use, and/or disclose your personal information for transactions, activities, and/or any items as you wish or as requested before entering into a contract, or to perform other actions related to the provision of services; to verify your identity, to check and evaluate your qualifications, or to allow the company to contact you and inform you of benefits; or to provide mobile applications and other online product platforms; or to provide IT support and helpdesk; to create and maintain your user IDs and accounts; to manage access to any systems as you are entitled to access; and to cancel inactive accounts. Failure to provide your personal information may affect the performance and/or provision of services according to the contract or as the company has informed you, or have other legal consequences.
    • Compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations. The company needs to collect, use, and/or disclose your personal information for system maintenance. Maintaining security for managing or preparing various reports.
    • For the legitimate interests of the company, the company will collect, use, and/or disclose your personal information to prevent and mitigate the risk of potential illegal activities; to manage claims and disputes; to litigate and conduct related legal proceedings; to facilitate or receive services from legal advisors, financial advisors, and/or other advisors; to develop and improve the company’s products, services, and systems; to enhance the company’s operational standards; to maintain security on premises; to collect evidence and verify facts, such as recording video and audio of meetings, training, and seminars; to record names and videos of visitors to the company; to maintain a list of authorized persons, directors, agents, and employees of those with legal relationships with Accomate Co., Ltd.; and to verify the accuracy of various documents.
    • To carry out the purposes for which you have expressly consented. Accomate Co., Ltd. will use your information only for the purposes for which you have given your consent.
    • For the creation of historical documents or archives; for the public benefit; or for educational, research, or statistical purposes.
    • To prevent or suppress harm to the life, body, or health of individuals.
    • For the public interest or to perform duties assigned by the state to Accomate Co., Ltd.
      In cases where Accomate Co., Ltd. wishes to collect, use, and/or disclose your sensitive personal information, such as checking your personal history, criminal record from the Criminal Records Division, Royal Thai Police, relevant agencies, health history, medical certificates, etc., Accomate Co., Ltd. will obtain your express consent and use your information only for the purposes for which you have given your consent.
  4. Disclosure of your personal information
    Accomate Co., Ltd. will not disclose personal information that it has collected without your prior or at-time consent, except in the following cases:
    • Government agencies, regulatory bodies under the law.
      Your authorized representatives, agents, or legal representatives with legitimate authority.
    • Service providers directly related to the purpose of collecting such information.
    • To comply with applicable laws.

  5. Retention of Personal Data
    Accomate Co., Ltd. will retain your personal data for the period necessary to achieve the purposes of this Privacy Policy, and for a further period of 10 years from the date Accomate Co., Ltd. terminates its relationship or last contact with you, unless required or permitted by law to retain your personal data for a different period. In such cases, Accomate Co., Ltd. will collect your personal data for the period necessary to comply with the law or for the legitimate interests of Accomate Co., Ltd.
  6. Rights of Data Subjects
    You can exercise your rights as required by the laws relating to the protection of personal data, as follows:
    • Right to Withdraw Consent
      You have the right to withdraw your consent for Accomate Co., Ltd. to collect, use, and/or disclose your personal data that you have provided to Accomate Co., Ltd. at any time, according to the procedures and methods determined by Accomate Co., Ltd., unless such withdrawal of consent is limited by law or a contract that benefits you.

      However, your withdrawal of consent will not affect the collection, use, and/or disclosure of your personal data that you have already given your consent for properly before such withdrawal.

      Right to Access and Request a Copy of Personal Data
      You have the right to access and receive a copy of your personal data that Accomate Co., Ltd. holds, including personal data that Accomate Co., Ltd. obtained without your consent, except in cases where Accomate Co., Ltd. has grounds to refuse your request according to law or a court order, or where your request would affect and/or cause damage to the rights and freedoms of other individuals.

      Right to Data Portability:
      You have the right to request the transfer or submission of your personal data if Accomate Co., Ltd. can make the data available in a format that is generally readable and usable by automated tools or devices, and if the personal data can be used or disclosed automatically. You also have the right to request Accomate Co., Ltd. to transfer your personal data to third parties, or to request the personal data that Accomate Co., Ltd. has transferred to third parties, unless it is technically impossible or Accomate Co., Ltd. has lawful grounds to refuse your request.

      Right to Object to the Collection, Use, and/or Disclosure of Your Personal Data:
      You have the right to object to the collection, use, and/or disclosure of your personal data if Accomate Co., Ltd. is acting in accordance with the law or if the collection, use, and/or disclosure of your personal data is for direct marketing purposes, unless Accomate Co., Ltd. has lawful grounds to refuse your request.

      Right to Erasure:
      You have the right to request Accomate Co., Ltd. to delete or destroy your personal data. Or to make the information anonymous in any of the following cases:

      Withdrawal of consent previously given to Accomate Co., Ltd.
      When you exercise your right to object to the collection, use, and/or disclosure of your personal information for direct marketing and other purposes, Accomate Co., Ltd. is not required to retain such personal information for the relevant purposes.
      If it is believed that the collection, use, and/or disclosure of your personal information is unlawful, and other cases as required by law.
      Unless Accomate Co., Ltd. has a lawful reason to refuse your request.

      Right to Restriction of Processing:
      You have the right to request Accomate Co., Ltd. to restrict the use of your personal information. In any of the following cases:

      Accomate Co., Ltd. may suspend the use of your personal data while Accomate Co., Ltd. is reviewing your request for the right to rectify your personal data.

      Accomate Co., Ltd. may suspend the use of your personal data while Accomate Co., Ltd. is reviewing your request for the right to object to the collection, use, and/or disclosure of personal data.

      Accomate Co., Ltd. may suspend the use of your personal data in lieu of deleting or destroying your personal data.

      When AccomateCo., Ltd. no longer needs to retain such personal data for the relevant purposes, but you need to request Accomate Co., Ltd. to retain your personal data for the purpose of establishing a claim, complying with or exercising a claim, or defending against a claim under the law.
      Right to Rectification:
      You have the right to request Accomate Co., Ltd. to correct or update your personal data to be accurate, complete, up-to-date, and not misleading.

      Right to Complaint:
      You have the right to file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board or the Office of the Personal Data Protection Board if Accomate Co., Ltd. fails to comply with the Personal Data Protection Act.

  7. Measures for the Security of Personal Data
    Accomate Co., Ltd. has established a personal data protection policy, operational guidelines, and security measures that are strictly enforced for Accomate Co., Ltd. personnel and external contractors. These measures are consistent with Accomate Co., Ltd.’s information technology security policies and practices to ensure that the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data are limited, secure, and protected from unauthorized access, use, alteration, modification, or disclosure by unauthorized persons or in violation of the law.

  8. Changes to the Privacy Notice
    Accomate Co., Ltd. may amend, supplement, change, or update this Privacy Policy to comply with applicable laws, practices, and/or regulations as deemed appropriate by Accomate Co., Ltd. Therefore, we recommend that you review this Privacy Policy from time to time. If Accomate Co., Ltd. makes any amendments, supplements, changes, or updates to this Privacy Policy, Accomate Co., Ltd. will notify you, as the data subject, of each amendment, supplement, change, or update via the website and/or through the contact information you have provided to Accomate Co., Ltd. and/or any other appropriate contact method.
