Accomate Co., Ltd (‘ZTRUS’) is a Thai startup delivering automatic data entry services using OCR (Optical Character Recognition) and AI-based cognitive templates designed for various types of documents. Developed in-house by our expert team of developers and researchers with over 20 years of experience, our technology achieves high performance in both Thai and English and is available on cloud or on-premise.

ZTRUS goes beyond traditional OCR and manual data entry, transforming documents into trusted, structured, and business-ready data that integrates seamlessly with enterprise systems. Our AI solutions are designed with agility for the digital era, helping organizations handle diverse documents, high labor costs, and fast-moving workflows. By mimicking human cognitive logic, we can extract information accurately across multiple formats without relying on fixed templates.

We also offer an AI-powered Matching Module, which pairs extracted data with corresponding datasets based on meaning rather than exact text. This module evolves continuously to improve accuracy, precision, and reliability.

ZTRUS History

From the very beginning in February 2019, ZTRUS started under Accomate Co., Ltd., laying the foundation for AI-driven document automation and intelligent data processing solutions.

In April 2020, we received investment from NVEST Venture, backed by the Government Savings Bank (GSB) and the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET), which helped us accelerate our technology development and expand our services.

By 2022, we partnered with Blue Sea to strengthen our AI-OCR capabilities and scale our solutions for enterprise clients across multiple industries.

In 2025, ZTRUS is backed by angel investors, Depa, Innospace, FTI, and Open ZTREAM, enabling us to continue innovating and extending our AI-powered document intelligence to organizations in retail, Manufacturing, insurance, banking, finance, government, and etc.
